Moving to First Base

Well,

I've been trying to blog something new for quite some time, yet I just didn't feel like doing it in my other blog. After my previous posts that were entirely about computers and technical shit, it just didn't feel right discussing my phobias, manias, deviations, sexual desires or any other random freakiness in place where I discussed technology. Not that my discussion on technology are not freaky enough, don't get me wrong, I get so obsessed about anything that I'm even remotely interested in, yet it felt that the rest of my stuff (a.k.a. thoughts, discussions, views, etc) does not belong there.

So let's get to the point. What's up lately. I'm into bodybuilding a lot now. I would like to say that this replaced some of my other obsessions. yet it just became an addition to my already deformed state of mind about losing weight, eating right, and just feeling physically fit all-round.

I woke up this morning with the thought of getting and installing a cable bar in my room, and eventually even adding a stationary bar somewhere at the ceiling. Strange though indeed, especially if it is a wake-up one.

What else, well, I'm not too much into my current job, which is definitely a problem, but I've already became famous for dealing with such situations i.e. basically doing a job that should be done in 4 weeks in 4 hours, that is why I'm not freakin' out ... ...yet!

Actually what is the point of blogging, at all? I think I use it as a way of getting a visit to the shrink for free. Or more like having the idea that someone reads it, and takes interest in what I have to say. In other words, it is just another way to fulfill my need of attention. But, hey, there is nothing wrong with that, especially when you are narcissistic, egocentric megalomaniac. Better doing this, than running naked outside, side note, not that I wouldn't do that, I would, I just don't feel quite "cut" enough to be running naked outside, and I would just love to get all eyes on me, but to be able to see the awe in people's eyes :).

So let me cut it in a sentence or two. If you want to get giant Trapezius - upper, middle and lower fibers, you have to do either pull-ups, or at least as in my case rear pull-down on the cable-bar. And just push it as hard as you can on the dumbbell shrug and the Lateral Raise. It just works great on me. I just love it.
